In order to achieve the goals we have set for the second half of 2016, a new specialist in customer experience has joined our team. This department is responsible for the initial training of new customers and creating content to help you maximize your use of the platform. We asked Yuri 10 questions to get to know him better, here are his answers.
Explain your job at Amilia
My role at Amilia is to help customers understand the platform and help them solve any problems they encounter. They can contact us by chat, email and phone.
What was your last search on Google?
Spilia, one of the best restaurants I ate at during my vacation in Greece
You enter an eating contest. What food?
Salt and vinegar chips. When there is a bag of chips in front of me, there isn't much time between the moment I insert my hand in the bag and when it's empty
What is your TV guilty pleasure?
Rick and Morty. Some people may think that there comes a time when you're too old to watch cartoons, but Rick and Morty is one of the best shows I've watched lately.
What’s your favourite Amilia feature?
I like the Communication module that allows organizations to easily send emails by activity or group. This tool also allows for tracking of e-mails sent: open rate, blocked emails and unsubscribe! In 2016, digital communication is paramount.

Nutella on toast with bananas is hard to beat
What word are you guilty of using too often?
What’s your favourite thing about working at Amilia?
The dress code is fairly relaxed and nternal communications is pretty great

Messenger, because I can easily communicate with my friends regardless of the platform i'm on.
