Explain your job at Amilia

My title is Customer Success Specialist. I help make it easy for clients to use our software and make sure they get the most out of their Amilia account.

What was your last search on Google?

‘What is Code’ by Paul Ford. Just doing some light reading over my lunch break.

You enter an eating contest. What food?

One of my favorite foods is Greek Dolmades – rice-stuffed vine leaves. I’ll enter that contest and win…nobody likes those like I do. Untitled_design_1-1.jpg

What is your TV guilty pleasure?

Cooking shows! Chopped and Iron Chef especially.

What’s your favourite Amilia feature?

I really like Amilia’s Multipass feature. I have taken plenty of dance classes at studios that manage exclusively with paper registration; my experience with a multi-activity pass has always involved hole punchers and paper cuts! An Amilia Multipass is quick and painless.

Pick one: Bacon or Nutella?

Salt over sweets – I pick bacon.

What word are you guilty of using too often?

I say everything is cool. Not everything can be cool.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Amilia?

My favorite part is the atmosphere in the office. It’s relaxed but super productive. I’ve never worked in an office before, but I’m pretty sure most aren’t like this!

What’s your favorite app?

I’m going to go with an underappreciated app – the weather app. I check it all the time hoping for sunshine.

Pick one: Kittens or puppies?

Woah, hard choice. I’d have to go puppies because I’m allergic to cats. No matter how much I want to love them, they still make me sneeze.
