Case Study – Flyers Cheer Gym

The Challenge

The Flyers Cheerleading All Starz opened its doors in August 2005, with 3 teams.  Since then they have grown to 20 teams, with over 350 cheerleaders, and have added a recreational program to their competitive program.  They are now one of the largest gyms in Canada and most successful with over 200 first places under their belts.  Such rapid growth came with increased paperwork and difficulty with schedule management.  The founders, who are also Head Coaches, found themselves focusing their time on paperwork and organizing all those people, instead of focusing on what they do best, coaching.  In 2011 Flyers decided to implement Amilia to manage their registration.
