Customer service is really important at Amilia. Helping our customers with any problems they have and help them maximize their use of the platform is a must. We also train and give them the tools to achieve better results with their organization. With her excellent communication skills, Naomi is a strong addtion to the Customer Service team. Explain your job at Amilia
I work on the Customer Support Team, helping clients with any questions or concerns they may have! I work closely with our clients to help solve any issues they have using the platform, making sure they are supported in their usage of Amilia.
If you were an animal, which one would you be?
If I were an animal I would be a cat. It’s the kind of low-stress lifestyle I could get used to.
Choose: cat or dog ?
Cats and Dogs! I love them both.
What is the app you use the most?
WhatsApp is my favorite app. Some of my family and friends live abroad, so with WhatsApp we can group chat, send videos and messages to keep in touch whenever we want.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Amilia?
I like helping people solve problems, so helping a customer find a good solution is always rewarding. Also working with such a group of people that are all very passionate about what they do is great, and makes it a really fun and different workplace.
What is your dream travel destination?
I’ve always wanted to go visit West Africa, so Senegal and Ghana have always been top on my list of places to go see there. Music and dance are usually the first things that attract me to a culture, and Senegal and Ghana to me has some of the best music I would love to experience being there.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
My favorite Ice cream flavor would be cookie dough, its everything good in one place.
Do you enjoy the Montreal winters?
Unfortunately, Montreal winters aren’t my favorite. I prefer hot weather, sunny days, and summer sports, but luckily our summers are so beautiful!
