I am a Customer Success Manager. I will be advocating for our clients to become more successful using the Amilia
If you were an animal, which one would you be and why?
I would be a turtle so that I could travel the 7 seven seas without leaving home. Turtles are known to live over a 100 years without getting wrinkles and can adapt easily to their environment whether on land or sea.
What is your favorite TV show of the moment?
Omg! THIS IS US…. I need a kleenex box to get through the show. There is so much love and personal growth — it reminds me of my little family. My favorite character is Randall because he is humble yet he seeks to become a better human being regardless of the challenges he faces (it resembles real life stuff).
What app do you use the most?
The one I really can not live without is Snapchat. Did you know that you can phone, video chat, text, send photos, and videos AND use the coolest filters? I jumped on the Snapchat bandwagon at the beginning and I have seen the progression. Storytelling is a powerful tool but I also learn a great deal about the tech world from celebrity geeks like Justin Wu from Hackapreneur and Growth.ly. The future is now when it comes to building a community and growth hacking is here to stay. I really hope to help our partners grow their business with the knowledge I have acquired over the years.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Amilia?
What I really like about working at Amilia is the special attention paid to customer success. Everyone in the company is involved from development to sales to support to customer success. As Ambassadors we are directly supporting clients to achieve their goals, you really feel a sense of pride when clients thank you for helping grow their businesses. I also like how my colleagues greet each other in the morning. The fresh fruit basket offered to employees weekly by the company is also amazing
What is your dream destination?
I would like to take an extended trip to Australia and spend some time with the Indigenous people and visit their sacred lands. I would do half city half wilderness expeditions but I would make time for surfing, skateboarding, and attend some of their famous music festivals.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
When I was pregnant with my sons (a long time ago) I went to Ben & Jerry's for New York Super Fudge Chunk ice cream… satisfaction guaranteed.
Do you enjoy the Montreal winters?
HABSolutely! I appreciate going to hockey games indoor or outdoor, snowboarding the baby hills, and warming up in front of a fireplace after a day outdoors in the snow.
